Harry and Meghan travelled to Botswana in 2017 to celebrate Meghan’s birthday.

The caption on the Instagram post says: “The Duke of Sussex attends the ‘Our Planet’ premiere at the Natural History Museum with The Prince of Wales and The Duke of Cambridge, lending their joint support for the protection of our environment

In one of the pictures, Harry and Meghan are seen equipping a large bull elephant in the bush with a satellite collar.

They were assisting Dr Mike Chase of Elephants Without Borders, who works to protect elephant populations by tracking their movements.

Tracking the elephant’s movements has allowed conservationists to better protect him and other elephants and ensure heightened protection.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have shared photos of their 2017 trip to Botswana on their new Instagram account.

Botswana holds a special place in their heart as Prince Harry took the Duchess on a romantic getaway to celebrate her 36th birthday.
